Director of Graphics & Multimedia

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a creative and strategic Director of Graphics & Multimedia to lead the church’s visual identity, media production and digital storytelling. You will oversee everything from graphic design and video to live-streaming and social media, communicating our message with excellence and creativity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the church’s branding, graphic design and visual communications.
• Oversee video production, editing, live-streaming and photography.
• Manage the church’s website, social media and digital content strategy.
• Produce service visuals, slides, flyers, banners and promotional materials.
• Recruit, lead and develop the media and creative volunteer team.
• Manage media equipment, software and the department’s budget.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Proven experience in graphic design and multimedia, ideally in a lead role.
• Proficiency with design and video software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, ProPresenter).
• Strong understanding of live-streaming, social media and digital content.
• Creative flair combined with strong project- and team-management skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating design and video work.
• Flexible availability including Sundays and events.
